Between 2007 and 2009, SIGNIFICANT RENOVATIONS were carried out, including: complete electrical rewiring, plumbing, insulation, exterior cladding, roofing, as well as the creation of new interior partitions, renovation of kitchen cabinets, vanities in both bathrooms, installation of hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles. Major renovations were also done in the service basement: the basement beams were replaced, the walls were fully insulated with urethane, and the base was redone with rock and two layers of polythene. An additional electric heating system was installed. The cedar pickets along the entire waterfront, over 390 linear feet, were changed, and landscaping was redone afterward.

In 2010, there was a complete renovation of the shed, including exterior cladding, insulation, electrical work, heating, a new door, new windows, the addition of electric heating, installation of outdoor power outlets, and the placement of a concrete floor.

In 2011, the patio was added.

In 2013, there was a complete renovation of the boat shelter, including exterior cladding, new windows, new doors, electric garage door opener, roofing, insulation, electrical work, cement floor, addition of electric heating, and the installation of a 30 AMP 120V outdoor power outlet.

In 2014, the driveway was paved.

In 2016, a wall-mounted heat pump and an air exchanger were installed.

In 2017, a semi-inground pool (Europa Trévi) of 12' X 24' was installed, along with the addition of a metal and reinforced glass fence. The patio was modified to integrate the pool, and a walkway was added around the pool.

In 2019, a cedar hedge was added around the pool area, and interlocking pavers were installed for the outdoor fireplace.

In 2023, the waterfront along the river was refreshed with new wood and stain application.
