Between 2007 and 2009, SIGNIFICANT RENOVATIONS were carried out, including: complete electrical rewiring, plumbing, insulation, exterior cladding, roofing, as well as the creation of new interior partitions, renovation of kitchen cabinets, vanities in both bathrooms, installation of hardwood flooring and ceramic tiles.
